PayPal acquired Xoom, a remittance service, in 2015. In 2021, we worked on a new strategy that led to the creation of the new Xoom/PayPal brand guidelines. This campaign was designed around the benefit that the service was already integrated into the PayPal app. The main campaign was created for the Mexican audience living in the U.S. and sending money to Mexico, in English and Spanish. Additional campaigns were created targeting Filipinos, Indians, and global audiences.
